SUMMARY:Guided Sahaja Yoga Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Sahaja Yoga Meditation\, a unique method of meditation that marks a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness\, was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. True meditation is when we feel the joy of the Spirit. It is the state of thoughtless awareness – we are very much aware of our surroundings and our presence\, yet we are thoughtless. At that moment we are in the present – thinking neither of the future nor the past. During meditation\, we harmonize with the Cosmic Energy. Daily practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation enables us to achieve our inner balance and harness our inner energy to achieve a balanced and happy life. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always free and is available for all. Please join us for free weekly guided meditation classes.

SUMMARY:Metal Clay - Dragonfly Wings Earrings/$68.00/Lana Stamper
DESCRIPTION:Metal Clay was created in the early 1990’s in Japan for the purpose of using reclaimed silver. It consists of microscopic particles of silver suspended in an organic binder\, making it similar to modeling clay. It can be molded\, textured\, and shaped using simple and inexpensive tools to create jewelry that would be attainable with traditional metal-smithing techniques. When heated by torch or kiln\, the organic binder burns away and the metal particles sinter (fuse)\, forming solid metal that can be treated as you would traditional silver. \nCome spend the afternoon at the Farmhouse exploring the unlimited potential of metal clay and create a pair of dragonfly wing earrings. This class will cover basic tools and techniques as you create your earrings. You will learn how to roll\, texture\, and cut the fine silver metal clay and then fire it. You will finish/polish the piece to bring out the shine. At the end of the class you will be wearing your earrings! \nBEGINNERS and those wanting to refresh their skills are welcome. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. \nMaximum number of 8 participants.\nAll tool\, supplies and clay will be provided.\n$68\nInstructor: Lana Stamper \nRegister at farmhousetupelo.com to reserve your space.\nCall 662.269.2934 with any questions.
