DESCRIPTION:We invite the community to our Kitten Yoga classes held every Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M.  \nClasses are $10 per person and will be taught by professional yoga instructors in an environment filled with kitten happiness!  \nEach Participant must:\n•	Bring their own mat or blanket.\n•	Sign the waiver form for each session. Children under the age of 18 must have their parent sign the waiver for each session.\n•	Be at least 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No child under the age of 10 will be allowed to participate in yoga.\n•	Be respectful of other yoga participants and not play music or otherwise disturb the class with disruptive behavior or language.\n•	Be respectful of the animals. In her 18th year at Stoney Creek High School in Rochester\, MI\, her team has held multiple regional titles and is the current reigning State Champion of Division 1. Tricia has coached every level of cheer from youth to college and has coached both high school and allstar\, also being a judge. Tricia was also an instructor and director for Champion Cheerleading and north American Spirit Camps from 12 years. Tricia works as a choreographer and cheer consultant in addition to her full time teaching job as a chemistry teacher at Stoney Creek. We are honored to have her at Extreme. Tickets are $25 and include food provided by Outback S\nSteakhouse and your first drink.
