DESCRIPTION:We invite the community to our Kitten Yoga classes held every Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M.  \nClasses are $10 per person and will be taught by professional yoga instructors in an environment filled with kitten happiness!  \nEach Participant must:\n•	Bring their own mat or blanket.\n•	Sign the waiver form for each session. Children under the age of 18 must have their parent sign the waiver for each session.\n•	Be at least 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No child under the age of 10 will be allowed to participate in yoga.\n•	Be respectful of other yoga participants and not play music or otherwise disturb the class with disruptive behavior or language.\n•	Be respectful of the animals. DESCRIPTION:The Corinth Library will host the “Poetry Man” and local storyteller Autry Davis as he entertains children with interactive and engaging stories and poems.  Mr. Davis has been a long-time storyteller in the Corinth area\, as well as a founding member of the Crossroads Poetry Project. \nThe Corinth Library is ready to share “A Universe of Stories” this summer as part of its annual Summer Reading Program.  The program has two components: a reading challenge and a series of events.  The reading challenge is ongoing throughout the entire summer\, during which children of all ages may participate.  They must pick up their Summer Reading Logs from the library; these will allow them to keep track of how many books they will read over the summer break.  Prizes will be given to those who challenge themselves to read this summer. \nAll ages are welcome to participate in both the reading challenge and the scheduled events.  For those who are not ready to read\, we also have activities that can be completed that encourage imagination and listening skills.

SUMMARY:JEWELS Mentoring\,LLC Youth Make A Difference Day
DESCRIPTION:JEWELS Mentoring\, LLC will be hosting a Youth Making Difference Day July 27th at Ballard Park in Tupelo\, MS  \nThe purpose of the event is to give back to the community and encourage our youth to make positive life choices!  \nPlans are for the event to be free of charge to all participants. We are hoping to give out hot dogs\, hamburgers\, etc along with free school supplies. I’m also looking for 12 vendors (local business owners) who are willing to set up tables to promote their business and give away free supplies to the youth. I understand some may want to sell some items but I would like for you to have some supplies to give away for promotion purposes of your business but most importantly give back to the community. \nWe will also have a motivational talk from Marcus Gladney of Pittsboro\, Ms. He will speak to the youth concerning the importance of making positive choices and education.  \nEvent will start at 10am until \nVendors are asked to be there to set up by 8am. JEWELS Mentoring wants to set a goal of serving 100 youth on that day.  \nWe are seeking donations to assist with the event. Any donations are appreciated!  \nList of items needed for donations include but not limited to: \nHot dogs\nHamburger patties\n Hot dog/hamburger buns\nIndividual sliced cheese\nIndividual bags of chips\nCan sodas\nJuices\nBottle water\nLettuce/tomato/onions/pickles\nCandy\nMonetary donation minimum of 20 dollars but welcome to be more to assist with set up\, games\, bouncers\, etc\nAny school supplies  \nIf there are any vendors that’s willing to be a part of this awesome event please contact JEWELS Mentoring\, LLC 662-858-0281 or email me at jewelsmentoring2017@gmail.com

SUMMARY:Art Demo with Paul Fayard at the Caron Gallery
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, July 27th from 10AM-2PM for an art demo with Paul Fayard! \nPaul Fayard is a Mississippi based artist and art educator. Originally from New Orleans\, Paul studied at New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts\, University of New Orleans and Mississippi College where he received his Master of Fine Arts degree. For many years he was a counselor in the mental health industry where his personal contact with people of all ages\, from all backgrounds and in all walks of life afforded him a unique vantage point from which to pursue his art. Although he is comfortable working in oil\, acrylic and watercolor with all subject matter\, drawing is his first love and portraiture his favorite subject. \nPaul’s love of music and the unique character of the Crescent City inspire much of his work. His real subject matter\, whether creating portraits\, landscapes or still-life is light and what it reveals. Paul has received numerous scholarships and awards and his work is included in many corporate and private collections including Mississippi Chemical\, Regions Bank and the Mississippi Department of Transportation. His work has been featured at the Contemporary Art Center in New Orleans\, LA\, the Mississippi Museum of Art in Jackson\, MS\, Lauren Rogers Museum of Art in Laurel\, MS\, and the Alexandria Museum of Art in Alexandria\, LA\, among others. \nShop his work here!
