Honoring our Ancestors, Part 1

This experiential workshop explores honoring and working with our ancestors from an Earth Medicine perspective.
We will discuss:
* Who are our ancestors?
* What are the ways in which we can honor those who came before us?
* How do we honor ancestors if we don’t know much or anything about our families?
* How can we bring healing to our ancestral lineage?
We will be exploring particular plants and stones that I have personally integrated into my honoring practice, and you will leave with some allies to help get you started.
