Kitten Yoga!

We invite the community to our Kitten Yoga classes held every Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M.

Classes are $10 per person and will be taught by professional yoga instructors in an environment filled with kitten happiness!

Each Participant must:
• Bring their own mat or blanket.
• Sign the waiver form for each session. Children under the age of 18 must have their parent sign the waiver for each session.
• Be at least 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No child under the age of 10 will be allowed to participate in yoga.
• Be respectful of other yoga participants and not play music or otherwise disturb the class with disruptive behavior or language.
• Be respectful of the animals. Children and their parents will be shown how to handle the animals by the TLHS yoga supervisor.
• Understand animals participating will seek the participant out for affection and the animals do not need to be chased or “grabbed” for petting or cuddling.
