NEWMS and The Source by BankPlus have partnered together to bring you the last Networking Together of the year. Our guest will be Pam Confer, a bilingual, award-winning speaker, HR trainer, and vocalist. On December 4, 2017, Pam debuted, “Mississippi Beautiful,” a song she wrote, recorded and produced as a tribute to the State’s bicentennial and the opening of the Two Museums. The uplifting song is permanently featured in the “Where Do We Go From Here” Gallery of Mississippi’s new Civil Rights Museum. Pam has performed “Mississippi Beautiful” over 70 times across the State since it was launched in December of 2017. She facilitates engaging conversations about Mississippi’s uniqueness and culture, and encourages participants to answer one main question, “What makes Mississippi beautiful?”
