Rory is a Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of GOinnovation. As a leadership consultant and executive coach, Rory loves helping organizations invest in their most important asset: their people. Thriving people and healthy organizational cultures produce superior results. He’s worked with leaders from organizations such as Amazon, Chick-fil-a, the Community Development Foundation, Toyota, World Vision International, and Coca-Cola, through workshops, training-of-trainers, keynote speaking, culture consulting, and creating / producing podcasts. He is the producer of Ignitecast, the official podcast of the CDF Ignite Leadership Conference, and co-hosts it with Judd Wilson. He and his wife Heather live in Tupelo with their daughter Lucy Joy.
