WODS for PAWS

Join Hoof and Hound Rescue and Olive Branch Crossfit for our second annual WODS for PAWS, a fun filled competition benefitting our four legged friends! In addition, we will have Bedrock Eats and Sweets food truck and precious pups looking for their forever home. All proceeds go toward the care and medical bills of the pups under the care of Hoof and Hound Rescue. Prizes for most creative team name, most heart, and best costume!
The competition will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 8am to 1pm. It will be a partner competition consisting of M/M and F/F teams.
We will be releasing the Wods as the we come closer to the competition.
