Fit Chef was founded in 2016 by Kevin, who has lived across the country from California to Alaska to Florida and many states in between. His 15-year-career in the food business and a passion for fitness led to a small business that began with cooking for a handful of clients and delivering barely 40 meals a week.
Kevin shares his thoughts on entrepreneurship and what it takes to start and run a small business. He also shares details about his upcoming RockBox location in Jackson.
