HAPPENING TODAY

Today in Tupelo, there are several things going on!

You can find Photos with Santa at the Mall at Barnes Crossing in the Belk Wing today from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. They close to take a break from 1-2:00 p.m., and again from 5- 6:00 p.m..

Tupelo Community Theatre is holding an additional audition for men for Puffs by Matt Cox auditions on December 17 at 6 p.m. at TCT Off Broadway 213 East Franklin Street. No advance preparation is needed but those auditioning should men be at least 21 years of age or older. Marley Maharrey will direct and production dates are February 13-15, 2020. GumTree Museum of Art invites you to join them this evening at 5pm as Artist Alison McLean Schuchs unveils the painting of William Dexter. William was the lucky winner of a free portrait during the Guild’s Annual GumTree Gala fundraiser.


Local Events Outside of Tupelo

Outside of Tupelo, there are some other events you might like to check out:

In Fulton, check out the Trees & Treats Tour. Take a tour of Christmas Trees decorated in the theme of each participant in Fulton. Take your picture with the themed trees and make sure to get your treat too! Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..

Also in Fulton, check out STEM Story Time at the Itawamba County Pratt Memorial Library every Tuesday at 4pm.

In Columbus, Santa will be making an appearance at McAlister’s Deli for Kids Night. They will have a lot of fun activities and free pictures with Santa!

The Corinth Theatre of Arts presents “A Christmas Carol Live” daily through December 17. All showings start at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $10 each.
