JTG is an ongoing musical project led by Jon Armstrong and Luke Mosley. JTG recently welcomed a new front man, Dr. Van, and is in the process of also welcoming a new drummer, Jace Wells.

Band Members:

THE FRONTMAN: JJ VanYperen, or Dr. Van, is the quintessential frontman. Dr. Van is ready to rock any and all of your favorite hits from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. His influences include Alice In Chains, Audioslave, The Beatles, The Eagles, and Stone Temple Pilots. Dr. Van, just like the other members of JTG, loves the art and thrill of playing music and is a no-fuss, no-frill entertainer.

THE MELODY AND THE RHYTHM: Luke Mosley is the lead guitarist of JTG. Music is his passion, and he’s known for his melodic and evocative guitar solos. He brings the solid foundation to JTG.

THE BASS: Jon Armstrong plays bass for JTG. He also plays rhythm guitar and is the group’s most impassioned songwriter and tech nerd. Jon maintains the social media and website and promotes the band as much as possible. Jon brings the vision to JTG.

THE DRUMS: Jace Wells has dedicated his life to music and is an incredible drummer. His beats set the pace and the tone of every song JTG performs. He brings the heartbeat.

If you could meet any artist, living or dead, which would you choose and why?

Paul McCartney – I would love to talk to him about songwriting.

If music were not part of your life, what else would you prefer to be doing?

I would be a computer engineer.
