Good morning, Tupelo and beyond! Today is March 10th and it’s the 70th day of the year 2020. It’s also #TransformationTuesday and here’s your quote of the day.

“I’ve never seen any life transformation that didn’t begin with the person in question finally getting tired of their own nonsense.”

Elizabeth Gilbert

Check back each day for a new quote to help get you through your day. Now, onto other news and happenings. Transformation Tuesday is especially appropriate today because it’s also Election Day in Mississippi. It’s a primary election for ALL parties so get out there and VOTE, Tupelo! Voting is one of our most sacred rights as Americans and if you want change you gotta help make it happen. Polls opened at 7 am and remain open until 7 pm.

We’re now just 9 days away from the first day of Spring and we’ve already enjoyed some beautiful springtime weather. Of course, along with springtime comes seasonal allergies but today should be a bit easier on allergy sufferers. The rain we got overnight night washed away some of the pollen, dropping today’s pollen count from yesterday’s high medium 9.6 to a medium 6.4. Still a good idea to take your necessary precautions to ensure allergies don’t put a damper on your day.

Our Tupelo is super excited that the end of winter is near and we’re celebrating by giving away a family four-pack to the upcoming Road to WrestleMania coming to the BancorpSouth Arena on March 28th! Click the link below to learn how to enter and read the rules for the contest.
