Downtown Tupelo Mardi Gras
Street Party & Cajun Fest
Nautical Whimsey, KOK, DownUnder, Amsterdam, and Vanellis have combined forces to bring Mardi Gras to Downtown Tupelo!
On Saturday, February 22, find your way to downtown Tupelo and enjoy a Mardi Gras parade, drink specials, cajun food, and so much more!
Main Street will be closed down for the party — from Front street to Broadway will be blocked off.
Nautical Whimsey will be having their 10th annual Mardi Gras crawfish and shrimp boil.
Blacktop Ridge & The Blind Eye DJ will be jammin’ in the street!
There will be a Fortune Teller & Photo Booth on hand, too!
Bring your beads and plan on a party to remember!
The parade will start at 6PM on the corner at Tupelo Hardware and run two blocks, ending on the corner at JMB Attorneys’ Office..
Chad & Nicky McMahan are Mardi Gras King & Queen!
All parade participants are asked to meet for lineup at 5 PM, somewhere in the vicinity of Tupelo Hardware.
Cost for this event: It’s free to attend and enjoy! There WILL be $5 wristbands for alcohol, and of course, if you choose to buy anything (like food or drinks or merch) from vendors.
